Smooth communication flow - no one likes an awkward conversation. We are at your service as a translator, facilitator and mediator to make sure you don't need to do that.
Thorough selection process - through personal experience, we know it can be difficult to find the right fit, that is why we stick to a strict screening process. Every candidate is required to go through multiple rounds of screening, ID verification, reference and/or background checks. We only provide you those who we believe that are reliable for our own loved ones.
Customer satisfaction and affordable pricing - we believe families should not pay extraordinary amount of money to get some help. We also value our reputation highly. We want to be your reliable supplier. For any long-term placements, we have the option to provide a free replacement if the caregiver leaves without a legitimate reason within an agreed period. We also welcome constructive feedback as we are continuously improving our services to meet your needs.
