Our Five-step Process
- Review your submitted application: we will reach out to you via phone or email once we receive application and determine you're qualified for our positions.
- Interview with you: we will conduct an interview with you to assess your ability in person.
- Connect you with our families: once you are deemed to be qualified for a position, we will connect you with a family for a phone call, skype/facetime, or a face-to-face chat. Family will make the final hiring decision.
- Reference/Background checks: we will call your references to verify your past employment history and personal characters; we may perform a check on the following applicable information but not limited to your SSN, criminal and sex offender database, and driving record, pending on family's preferences
- Start working: once agreement is finalized, you will start a trial period of 2 - 4 weeks. If everything goes well, you will begin a new employment opportunity with the family!

Basic Requirements to Work with Us
- Loving, kind, considerate and have a passion for childcare
- Legal working status
- Chinese and/or bilingual ability
- Prior care experience
- At least two relevant references (non-relative)
- Willing to provide info for a background check
- Ability to commit to working for a minimum of six months
- Willing to consider light house work, meal prep, cooking and laundry
