What rate should I Offer for backup care

We recommend $15 - $18 per hour in the DFW area. Of course it depends on families' requirements, but keep in mind that these caregivers may need to rearrange their schedules or risk of picking up an illness to help out the family. If you have a sick loved one at home, the chance of your request to be completed will be higher if your offer is higher. 

i need to cancel. what can i do?

We offer a 24 hours cancelation period. Things happen. We understand. However you will lose $20 service fee since we will need to compensate our caregiver's time for booking.

We have a $20 fee to use this service. We wave our fee for our first time customers and platform paid subscribers. Please reach out if you match this criteria.

for caregivers, what is the fee to join this service?

It is free to join us but we do require background check if you don't have it within this year. It is $20 to run the check which we will share the cost with you.
